Authors Instructions
The proceedings of RAAD 2026 will be published in an ISI and Scopus indexed book in the Springer series Mechanisms and Machine Science. Please prepare your manuscript according to the Springer Proceedings Author Instructions.

Please keep in mind the following points:
1. Only submissions in PDF format are admissible. The submission should already be formatted according to the Springer guidelines.
2. The paper length must not exceed 8 pages.
3. We will require the source file from you if your contribution is accepted.
4. One author of each accepted contribution must:
– register for the conference
– pay the conference fee in due time, and
– show herself/himself at the conference to present the paper.
5. The registration fee is nominal and non-transferable. The registered author should attend the conference.
Submission
The paper submissions will be done via the Springer Meteor platform. A link to the conference page will be provided in the near future.
IFToMM Young Delegates Program
The organisers will contact IFToMM to request support for two or three young students through the Young Delegates Programme, one for each student author of an accepted RAAD 2026 paper.
Applicants must send the attached form to Dr. Stefan Havlik (havlik@savbb.sk) by March 31, 2026.
